UNDERWATER PORTRAITS – A FIRST ATTEMPT

I had a first play with my new underwater camera this morning… I’ve got a lot of work to do to get good at this stuff, it’s really tricky getting the exposure and focusing right whilst holding my breath and peering through a mask and trying not to bob up to the surface. It was an overcast day so the photos are a bit grainy and blurry but I kind of like them. A little practise and hopefully I’ll get better at it. A big thank you to model Molly Loveday MacRae who came and had her first try at underwater modelling. She did amazingly well and was so patient with me. :) And thank you so much also to Lisa Devlin for another inspiring few days at at Photography Farm.
